This approach is deeply rooted in the wisdom of my teachers, who have profoundly influenced my understanding of somatics, trauma healing, and attachment.

Dr. Dan Siegel’s groundbreaking work in attachment and interpersonal neurobiology has been a cornerstone of my studies, alongside Bessel van der Kolk’s transformative insights on trauma and the body. Dr. Peter Levine’s somatic experiencing practices and Dr. Staci Haines’ work on healing trauma through the body have shaped my understanding of how we hold and release old patterns.
I also draw from the compassionate teachings of Jack Kornfield, Deb Dana’s work with the nervous system, and the creative brilliance of Dr. Aline LaPierre, Dr. Manuela Mischke-Reeds, Dr. Arielle Schwartz, and Kai Cheng Thom. Each of these teachers has offered profound perspectives that guide the work I bring to my clients.
