Please note: this is not a regular session. It is a brief time to connect, for me to better know your identified parenting challenges, and whether we feel there may be a mutual fit. We may address cost, frequency, session packages, etc., however a regular session must be booked to begin work together. Thank you for your understanding. I'm looking forward to meeting you!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours in advance. My goal is to best serve my clients with quality support, as well as in a timely manner. To do so, I have established a “NO SHOW” policy. When a client fails to show up to their scheduled appointment or cancel within 24hrs, valuable time and resources are missed. Most importantly, my ability to support a client in need is missed. I do appreciate your courtesy when notified that you are unable to make your appointment, for it allows me to schedule another client who needs support. Of course, on some occasions, emergencies happen, or a conflict may come up that prevents you from making your appointment, which is why I am offering a ONE grace no-show for your first missed appointment. However, if a future appointment is missed again, a no-show FEE will be added to your account. These fees will also be due upon your next scheduled appointment. Also, please be advised that multiple “NO SHOW’S” may result in termination of support. What is considered a no show: when someone is scheduled and fails to cancel their appointment 24hrs prior to our scheduled session time and/or arrive 15 minutes AFTER our appointment time, they will be considered a No-Show. What is the fee of a no show: All regular appointments you will be charged a fee of $25 if one fails to cancel/reschedule within 24hrs. By booking this appointment, you agree to abide by this No-Show Policy.
