Welcome to Share Peace Parenting

    Nurturing Hearts, Building Bonds

    Dear Friend,

A heartfelt welcome to you joining the Share Peace Parenting community. I'm Clara Roulev, your guide on this journey toward intentional, peaceful, embodied and connected parenting.

As a mom, military spouse, yoga teacher, and certified Trauma-Informed Peaceful Parenting, Playful Parenting Educator and Mind-Body Coach, my mission is to share the wisdom and practices that have shaped my parenting philosophy. Together, we'll embark on a transformative path to align your embodiment with you care about, your values, goals, and purpose. This alignment empowers us to authentically be, act, and relate to others, fostering positive change within ourselves and our families.

Drawing from Positive Neuroplasticity, applied Polyvagal Theory, and Interpersonal Neurobiology, I've woven a tapestry of knowledge to understand the nuances of our biology, heal inner wounds, and cultivate authenticity and trust.

In my quest for a parenting approach promoting resilience and joy, I've discovered the profound impact of meditation, mindfulness, and self-compassion. These practices have become my compass, guiding me to rewire my brain for more peace, joy, and love, allowing me to navigate life with intention and embodiment.

Prior to embracing this path, my journey included a career as a federal employee and the attainment of a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management. However, it was the calling of parenthood that propelled me into the realms of mindful, embodied and compassionate living.

Share Peace Parenting - The Practice:

Sharing peace as we parent is not an unreachable ideal or a set of unattainable standards. It is a daily choice, an intention we make for our families - to cultivate peace within ourselves and let it cascade effortlessly onto our loved ones. It is an act of profound love, both for ourselves and others, creating ripples that extend far beyond our immediate circle.

It is about deciding who we want to be as parents and continuously returning to that intention. It involves treating ourselves with compassion when we fall short, repairing, and entrusting ourselves to the ever-flowing stream of growth.

    The Share Peace Parenting Manifesto:

In our journey together, let's embrace the Share Peace Parenting Manifesto:

🌸 We are the best parents for our children: Trusting our instincts and knowing that we are the experts on our own children.

🌸 Imperfection is human: Acknowledging our flaws and continuously growing, especially as we incorporate the evolving knowledge of brain science and human development into our parenting.

🌸 Rediscover your goodness: Embracing the force of self-compassion to reconnect with our inherent goodness, even in challenging moments.

🌸 Reparenting and rewiring: Acknowledging the impact of our own childhood on our parenting, and committing to intentional work, presence, and self-care to become the parents we aspire to be.

🌸 Mistakes are opportunities: Recognizing that making mistakes is human, taking responsibility, repairing relationship ruptures, and striving to do better.

🌸 Nourish yourself: Prioritizing self-care because, as we all know, we cannot pour from an empty cup.

As we embark on this shared journey of conscious, peaceful parenting, let's uplift and support each other. Share your insights, challenges, and triumphs. Together, we create a space where love, understanding, and growth flourish.
